Visa exemption
Citizens of the following 9 countries and territories may visit Egypt without a visa for 3 months (unless otherwise noted):
•  Bahrain •  Oman •  Macao
•  Hong Kong •  Saudi Arabia •  Lebanon
•  Kuwait •  United Arab Emirates •  Malaysia (14 days)

The visa-free regime also applies to the citizens of the following countries under certain conditions:
AfghanistanProvided being aged 50 years and above or 16 years and below
Algeriaprovided being aged 14 years and below
Chinaprovided holding a return/onward ticket, a hotel reservation confirmation in a 4 or 5 star rating hotel and an equivalent of USD 2000
Libyaprovided being a female national or for residents of Butnan District on Sundays and Mondays
Jordanif holding a normal 5-year passport, provided passport does not contain a stamp from the Jordanian Registration Office on the reverse side cover of the passport
Lebanonprovided being aged 50 years and above or 16 years and below (for all Egypt), visa not required for Alexandria and South Sinai (for all ages)
Moroccoprovided being aged 14 years and below
Sudanprovided being aged 50 years and above or 16 years and below or being a female national
Tunisiaprovided being aged 14 years and below
Yemenprovided being aged 50 years and above or 16 years and below or traveling for medical reasons

Visa on arrival
According to the Egyptian Consulate General in the United Kingdom, citizens of the following countries can obtain visa upon arrival at any of the Egyptian ports of entry:
•  All European Union Citizens •  Japan •  Norway •  Australia •  South Korea
•  Russia •  Canada •  New Zealand •  Serbia •  Georgia
•  New Zealand •  Serbia •  United States

Electronic visa
From 3 December 2017, citizens of 46 countries may apply for tourist or business types of visa for 30 days online through the eVisa system.

Invitation Letter

PCM 2020 will assist attendees with the VISA process by providing the Conference Invitation Letter. Following are some important information:

1. The Conference is not a Government Body, it cannot issue any Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit for the Business Visa, please try Tourist Visa (L Visa);
2. The invitation letter from the organizing committees will be sent upon the request only when you register successfully. Once your registration is completed, please contact to request a personalized letter of invitation;
3. Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
4. As time will be taken for visa application, it is advised attendee to check as soon as possible with the Egypt consular services in local country to know the list of documents required and the waiting period to obtain visa.
5. Please note that the PCM 2020 is NOT authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Invitation Letter. The invitation letter may help but cannot guarantee you an Egypt Visa.

PCM 2020 will not be held responsible for refusal of visas. The registration fee cannot be refunded.
